Our Story
The Alleyway Cafe started with a simple idea: what if your neighborhood café cared as much about the origin of its beans as about the conversation at your table?
Located on Manhart Street in Sedalia, we've built a space where the ritual of a properly pulled espresso coexists with the ease of a well-mixed old fashioned. By day, we're your pour-over destination — single origins, carefully sourced, brewed to order. By night, the same space transforms into a cocktail lounge with a rotating selection of house specials.
Whether you're grabbing a morning coffee to go or settling in for an evening with friends, The Alleyway is yours.
The Space
The best coffee in Sedalia, hands down. The pour-over program is serious, and the cocktail list at night is genuinely creative. This place has become my weekend ritual.
